Wall Adjustment Technique

Instead of doing back-to-front adjustments (face-down on a table), I began doing front-to-back adjustments by applying forward force as the patient stood/sat against a wall.

The structural release that I am now able to get through the wall adjustment technique is much more profound. Because wall adjustments use a straight-on force with no twisting, it’s much healthier for the spine. Patients love the wall adjustment technique!
